A practical guide

Enter positions, get the padded copy.

  1. Choose one PDF of up to 200 pages.
  2. List the pages to insert after, such as 2, 5; use 0 before page 1 and repeat a number for several blanks.
  3. Create the copy and check each blank and the page that follows it.

Before you start: Positions refer to the original page numbers. Each blank matches the visible size of the page before it (page 1 for position 0). Up to 200 source pages and 100 blanks per run.

What you get

Add blank pages after the page numbers you list; 0 inserts before page 1. Each blank matches the size of the page before it.

Limits and important details

Layout: 10 MiB, all source pages up to 200, 40 MiB output; split can produce 400 pages. No annotations, links, form widgets or unusual page units. Document metadata/bookmarks are not preserved. Split and crop clip visibility, not securely remove hidden content. Marks are not redaction or editable comments: one per run on up to 500 pages, Latin text up to 300 characters. Forms: 10 MiB, 200 pages, 100 plain single-line text, checkbox, dropdown or radio fields; no XFA, signatures or scripts. Appearances may change. Not PDF sanitization.
