A practical guide

Turn a folder of deliverables into one handoff.

  1. Choose the PDFs that belong in the handoff.
  2. Arrange the files from opening document to final attachment.
  3. Merge, inspect the transitions and save the resulting PDF.

Try this example

Combine a cover sheet, project summary and reference schedule in that order. Check that the final page of each file leads naturally into the next.

Before

  • Cover sheet
  • Summary
  • Schedule

After · one PDF

  • Cover → Summary → Schedule
Three project deliverables become one ordered PDF. Illustrative example.

Before you start: Merge appends whole files. Use Organize PDF to change individual page positions, or Merge Odd and Even PDF Pages for two interleaved scan files.

Add page numbers to the combined file
What you get
