A practical guide
Save a report of the standard PDF fields.
- Choose a PDF and run Read metadata.
- Review the standard information fields in the inspection result.
- Download the JSON report if needed; use Edit PDF Metadata separately to change fields.

Limits and important details
Editing: 10 MiB, 200 pages, 2048 characters per field, 20 MiB output. Dates use UTC timestamps. XMP and other metadata are not synchronized or sanitized. Digital signatures may be invalidated. Inspection does not certify a document is safe or enumerate every attachment, script or hidden object. File names and report text remain local.
